Q. How do I find information for a speech on the influence of music on teens?

If this is for a class such as Comm 2200, I would start with the COMM 2200 Fundamentals of Communication research guide. 

It covers resources for controversial topics, as well as help on choosing and refining a topic.

You might start with  a JEWL Search (see below for link).  I found a lot of material by using Advanced search and typing in "teens* in the first box and "music" in the second.  

Be sure to limit to Full Text (in the left column) to be able to read the entire article.
