For articles on management styles or principles you may want to use:

    ABI/INFORM Collection
    Business Source Complete

Both of thee databases focus on business subjects and  allow you to limit to full text articles and peer reviewed sources. You can also select Full Text before you press the Search button.

You will want to check the boxes for these options before searching.

Management styles is a pretty broad subject. Is there some aspect of management styles that you might want to focus on?

  • management styles and leadership
  • management styles and challenges
  • management styles and employee attitudes

These are just thoughts about how you could focus a search. Select your own keyword(s) for whatever you're interested in.
Below is an example of how it works using ABI/Inform. Type your keywords in and then select Peer Review plus whatever date range you need.

Below is a a great resource with links to the databases ABI/Inform and Business Source Complete plus more.
