Below are some possibilities that my cause log in problems.
- You entered your Pipeline username/password instead of your MT mail username (apj123) and password.
- If the wrong password is entered three times the account is “locked” under the assumption that the person entering the password is not the owner of the account.
- If this happens, visit Library Technology Services on the 1st floor past the elevators.
- If it's the beginning of the semester, your account may not yet active for the Library.
- You're not enrolled for the current semester.
