Turnitin's OriginalityCheck checks your writing for citation mistakes or inappropriate copying. When you submit your paper, Turnitin compares it to text in its huge database of student work, websites, books, articles, etc.

  • Turnitin is integrated into DropBox in D2L.
  • When you upload your paper, if Turnitin is activated, it will be sent through Turnitin's repository.
  • The originality report that it produces will help identify instances of plagiarism.
