Ordering a new book can take a while. The request has to be received, then the order process begins where the request is sent through our vendors. Once the item is received, it is processed, cataloged and then placed in the stacks. The time frame differs. You can check periodically in the Library Catalog, for an update on its status.
When you see "In Process," you can fill out a rush request.
