ELS students are supposed to have an email account which allows them to log in to Library computers. If they do not have one, Library Technology Services can contact ITD on their behalf.

Technology Services staff will also help ELS students with a password change, put in a ticket for ITD to create an email account, or just go with them to the computer to make sure they get logged in.

Technology Services can NOT create an email account for users.
