According to Journals A-Z, the Library does not have access to the New York Ledger.
A JEWL search for "new york ledger" as the source (journal, etc.) had no results.

I found something from the New York Public Library digital collections but I don't know how extensive the collection is.
Below is a list of libraries that hold The New York Ledger. If you have a title of an article, you might be able to get it on Interlibrary Loan.
