There may be a few reasons why a document doesn't show up at the print workstation.

  • Make sure you have logged into the print workstation. Even though you logged into the computer and sent your print job, it's still necessary to log in again at the print workstation.
  • If you are first to print in the morning, it can take up to 10 minutes for the printer to warm up and print your documents.
  • If you are printing a PDF or document from within D2L, make sure you have downloaded the document to the computer.  
  • If you are trying to print more than 50 pages at a time, the print job will not show up on the printer screen.

If you need help with printing on the 1st Floor, please check with a tech student or stop by the Tech Services Desk.
