The 2013 State and Metropolitan Data Book for 2013 is no longer available in print.  It was compiled by the Census Bureau until 2010 and then taken over by another company. There is no PDF copy online of the 2013 edition.  

It might be possible to find the statistical info you want in the U.S. Statistical Abstract.
